HD Premiership and European
football on Sky Sports HD
For the English
Premiership season
Sky Sports will be
broadcasting a
significant proportion of those
matches - 138 to be precise - in
glorious high-definition (HD).
Sky will also be
showing matches from the
Coca-Cola League,
Carling Cup and
selected UEFA Champions
League fixtures on
Sky HD.
The first Premiership match
will be Sheffield Utd vs
Liverpool on August
19th, with every club being seen
live by mid-October.
